Return policy
We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged a maximum of one time for shipping costs (including returns); No restocking fees to be charged to consumers for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
