How can I place my order?

Place an order:

Complete adding items to your shopping cart

You may choose to proceed via payment on our website or via PayPal.

If you wish to continue with payment on our website, click on the green “Payment” button located on the right side of the screen.

If you wish to continue with PayPal, click on the PayPal button.

You will be transferred to our Customer Information page. You will be prompted to enter:

Email address
Name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the “Discount” field located on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the “Apply” button to calculate and apply the discount to your order.

Continue by clicking the “Continue with shipping method” button. Make sure you have entered the delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address). Once you have completed everything, click “Continue with payment method.”


You will need to enter the payment details. You will have the option to indicate that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

Once you have completed the form, click on the “Complete Order” button. You will be taken to a screen that provides an order summary along with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second e-mail confirmation.

What happens if there are missing items or wrong products when I receive my order?

For missing or mis-shipped items, please contact us at service@venquix.store. Indicate the transaction reference number (order no.) and provide us with proof (image file size must be less than 1 MB). We will be more than happy to send the correct item back to you at no additional cost, and we will not ask for the item that was mistakenly sent back to you! You can keep it as a gift from us.

How do I know if my order was successfully shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

I would like to edit the ordered items. What should I do?

You are allowed to modify your order by 11:00 p.m. (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day you placed your order. You may contact us via service@venquix.store to request a change.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?

To add items to your cart:

Go to the page for the item you are interested in and then choose your preferences for the item. When you click the “Add to Cart” button, you will be directed to the “Shopping Cart” page.

Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order using the “Quantity:” field next to the item image. After entering a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.

How do I view what is in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your shopping cart, click on the Shopping Cart icon located at the top of the site page. After clicking on this icon, you can easily change the amount of quantity you wish to purchase of any item in your cart by updating the quantity listed. You can also remove any item in the cart by clicking the “Remove” link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How can I remove items from my shopping cart?

First, click on the “Shopping Cart” icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all the items currently in your shopping cart. Once you have identified the item you wish to remove, click the “Remove” link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and the page will be updated to reflect the changes.

How can I change the quantity of a particular item in my shopping cart?

First, click on the “Shopping Cart” icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all the items currently in your cart as well as the quantities you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor over the item's “Quantity” field and type in the desired quantity. Once you do so, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will be updated automatically and will reflect the correct amount for both quantity and cost located on the right side of the screen.

What are your payment options?

We accept four types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

How can I make payments using PayPal?

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete the transaction, you can click the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal site. Be sure to enter the correct details for fast and hassle-free payment processing.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a promo code, proceed as follows:

Choose the item you wish to order, then click the green “Checkout” button.

You will then be transferred to our Customer Information page on the next page, enter the corresponding information needed

You will see a “Discount” field in the upper right part of the page

You will need to enter the discount code and then click Apply. You need to check if the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it applied in the detail below.

What is your return and exchange policy?

What is your cancellation policy?

Order cancellation is allowed by 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After this deadline, the cancellation will no longer be considered. You may contact us via service@venquix.store to request cancellation.

Is ordering online safe?

YES. We take the utmost care with the information you provide to us when you place an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all customers' personal and credit card information using the Internet standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
